In this high-tech world, there are so many opportunities for you to expand your sales, marketing, and network reach. 

I find that many agents start looking for ways to make life easier by spending their way to success.  Unfortunately, There are so many avenues for lead generation that it gets confusing and it gets expensive and just because somebody else is doing it doesn’t mean that you’ve got the whole thing figured out whether it’s different avenues such as Zillow or some of the different platforms out there, such as Boomtown, or Realtor.com. 

With technology moving at a breakneck speed, there will always be the bleeding edge of technology to choose from.  Personally, I am relatively conservative when it comes to the latest and the greatest tools out there. 

I would prefer to be on “The Cutting Edge” where most of these tools have a track record of success and I can define the steps necessary to create a WIN.  Many of my clients use a number of these tools but it’s important to know that it’s not just call up Zillow and say I want to buy this zip code or I want to buy that zip code.  There is much preparation that needs to be taken before you actually get in and start spending money on lead generation the other thing that is so important is the ability to reach out to those leads and convert and them. 

I spend a lot of time working with my clients on how to make sure that their investment has a return, so we track our results, to determine how successful we are.

We have an AWESOME tracking tool called AWARE and we use that to be able to define where are at any given time.  This tool helps me help you to stay on track and one of the reasons I have such a high Success rating.  Marketing is important when you are ready, but it can be a financial nightmare if you are not.
